They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity. We are always open. You can contact us for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
