RUSinfo is Norway’s national drug helpline, offering information and counselling on alcohol, drugs, and substance use since 2002. All contacts are confidential. The service is open to anyone concerned about substance use, including professionals.

Aims and objectives

1. Provide the public with information about alcohol and drugs.
2. Provide the public with an overview of the different services dealing with treatment of substance abuse.
3. Provide the public with counseling regarding substance abuse.

The service is financed by The Directorate of Health and administrated by the Agency for Welfare Services.

RUSinfo er en landsdekkende, offentlig tjeneste som gir informasjon om rusmidler og rusproblemer. Du kan kontakte oss anonymt via telefon, chat eller spørretjenesten på nettsiden.

Vi som jobber i RUSinfo er fagkonsulenter ansatt i Velferdsetaten i Oslo kommune. Alle har høyere utdanning og lang erfaring fra arbeid med rus og forebygging. Tjenesten mottar tilskudd fra Helsedirektoratet, og bygger på nasjonale retningslinjer for rusforebygging og helseinformasjon.

Våre mål: Å gi faktabasert informasjon om rus og rusmidler. Å hjelpe deg med å finne frem til riktige hjelpetjenester. Å tilby individuell, anonym og ikke-moraliserende veiledning.
