SAIL Helpline is dedicated to providing free and confidential support and information by phone. We exist to help adults in England who may be experiencing emotional distress related to sexual violence or sexual abuse or incest.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through.
