SALT Southwest Helpline is dedicated to providing free, non-judgmental, confidential support by phone, text message (SMS) and email. We offer face to face support to any adult survivor (age 18+) of childhood sexual abuse who is seeking to process the trauma experienced. Our volunteers are trained and experienced both personally and professionally, and after attending 4 psychoeducational skills sessions they will support you to find your own way through the issues you identify to be processed.
