About Samaritans Helpline

When life is difficult, Samaritans are here – day or night, 365 days a year. You can call us free on 116 123 or email us at jo@samaritans.org.

We offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you.

We listen to you and help you talk through your concerns, worries and troubles. We'll focus on your thoughts and feelings, and may ask questions to help you explore how you feel.

Whoever you are and whatever you’re facing, we won’t judge you or tell you what to do. We’re here to listen so you don’t have to face it alone.
