Sands Bereavement Support Helpline provides free and confidential support by phone. We support anyone in the United Kingdom affected by pregnancy loss or the death of a baby.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained Bereavement Support Officers who will listen with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to navigate your grief. Anyone may call and get support. As well as our general support, we also run online support groups for men, South Asian parents, African and Caribbean parents and those who have experienced TFMR (ending of a pregnancy for medical reasons).
