Sawa Remote Counseling Center - مركز سوا للإرشاد عن بعد

Sawa is Palestinian organization that was founded in 1998 by a group of volunteers. The heart of Sawa's work is the free national helpline (toll-free number, available in all Palestinian telecommunications networks: 164) providing primary psychosocial support, guidance, and referrals for women, children, and families affected by violence, abuse, or neglect. The center also offers medical and legal consultations via phone and email, along with referrals to relevant institutions based on the callers' needs.

سوا منظمة فلسطينية تأسست عام ١٩٩٨ على يد مجموعة من المتطوعين. ويرتكز عمل سوا على خط المساعدة الوطني المجاني (رقم مجاني، متاح على جميع شبكات الاتصالات الفلسطينية: ١٦٤)، الذي يقدم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الأولي، والتوجيه، والإحالة للنساء والأطفال والأسر المتضررة من العنف أو الإساءة أو الإهمال. كما يقدم المركز استشارات طبية وقانونية عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني، بالإضافة إلى إحالة المتصلين إلى المؤسسات المعنية بناءً على احتياجاتهم.
