Shamsaha is a non-profit organization based in Bahrain dedicated to women’s empowerment and protection across the Middle East. As the region’s first full-scale women’s crisis advocacy and response program, Shamsaha offers 24/7 free and confidential support in Arabic and English for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. With compassion and conviction, it strives to amplify women’s potential by breaking the silence around violence, providing immediate crisis care, and creating pathways for long-term support. Through outreach, education, and community engagement, Shamsaha continues to expand its impact and ensure women have the resources they need to thrive.
