SNAP Helpline

SNAP supports families who live under Essex County Council, Thurrock or Southend and have a child or young person with any additional need or disability with or without a diagnosis aged 0-25. Our helpline service is supported by a team of Family Support Advisers who can give advice on a variety of topics. If you feel you would benefit from speaking with an adviser, but they are not immediately available, we can arrange a suitable time for someone to call you back.
