The Helpline supports all women in difficult circumstances. After the first call, the case is referred to the case worker who identifies the type of support that will be required. Shelter, medical support, legal support, counseling, education and skilling opportunities, assistance to get entitlements, are the services which we provide.

Helpline च्या माधमातून आलेल्या केस ला केस वर्कर कडे रेफर केले जाते. त्यांनतर पिडीत महिलेला कोणत्या प्रकारची मदत द्यावइ लागेल त्याचे वर्गीकरण केले जाते. तात्पुरता किंवा दीर्घकालीन निवारा, पोषण, वस्त्र, वैद्यकीय मदत, समुपदेशन कायदेशीर मदत, शैक्षणिक किंवा कौशल्य विकास करण्यासाठी आर्थिक मदत, शासकीय किंवा इतर मदत मिळविण्यासाठी आधार, अश्या प्रकारची मदत एकाच छताखाली उपलब्ध आहे.
