SOS Help provides free and confidential support and information by phone in English for the international community in France. We are here to provide emotional support in English to anyone in France who is suffering anxiety, depression, self-harm, stress, suicidal thoughts We understand that it can be difficult to talk to a complete stranger – or even someone close to you – about what’s troubling you. When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. We are ready to support you 7 days a week from 3pm - 11pm.
