The Unique SOS Hotline Vojvodina operates through the special toll-free number 0800 10 10 10, as well as through the SOS mobile application (free to download from Google Play Store and iOS App Store). Calls to the number 0800 10 10 10 are free of charge for all users, whether made from mobile or landline phones, from anywhere in Serbia. The SOS hotline services are intended for all women across Serbia who find themselves in situations of domestic or intimate partner violence. The service is available every working day from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. at the number 0800 10 10 10. From 08:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., services are available through the SOS mobile application (Google Play and App Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=rs.codeit.sos https://apps.apple.com/hr/app/sound-of-soul/id1532902689 ) as well as via the duty mobile number +381 69 304 4007. All calls are anonymous. When calling 0800 10 10 10, a woman is connected with a counsellor from the organization closest to her place of residence. This concept enables women, after the initial phone consultation, to arrange an in-person visit to the counselling center of the organization and receive additional services that support leaving violence, recovery, and addressing problems related to violence. Trained counsellors provide emotional support and offer information on available options for leaving situations of violence. They inform women about their rights in the areas of health, social, and legal protection, as well as the procedures undertaken by institutions and organizations working on the prevention of and protection from violence.
