The helpline offers emotional support, crisis intervention, information on rights and available services, and guidance on safety planning. Callers can reach out at any stage, whether they are experiencing ongoing violence, have left an abusive situation, or are seeking advice and reassurance. The helpline aims to empower survivors, reduce isolation, and provide immediate support during moments of distress, while respecting each caller’s autonomy, anonymity, and individual needs.
