STAR Crisis Line provides free, confidential support and information by phone, available 24/7. We serve anyone in Alaska who is experiencing emotional distress related to sexual abuse, domestic violence, trauma, PTSD, or concerns about a friend or family member who may be affected.

When you reach out, you’ll be connected with a trained, compassionate responder experienced in supporting people through difficult situations. They will listen without judgment, help you process your feelings, and work with you to navigate your next steps.
