About Stödlinjen för spelare och anhöriga - The Swedish national gambling helpline

The Swedish national gambling helpline (Stödlinjen) provides information, advice, and support for anyone affected by gambling problems in Sweden. Contact us by phone or chat, confidentially and free of charge.

Our advice is based on research and knowledge of what has helped others in similar situations. We are happy to offer you a range of advice, but you are the one who knows which options best suit you.

Our counsellors have been trained and receive ongoing training to support problem gamblers and their families. The training includes, among other things, knowledge about gambling problems, support and treatment for gambling problems, support for relatives, and motivational interviewing. The counselors have backgrounds in behavioral science, public health science, psychology, and similar fields.
