Whether you're struggling in relationships, experiencing bullying at school or at work, struggling with stress, loneliness, substance and addiction, spiritual issues, or suicidal thoughts, you can reach out to us for support. Our advice center advises people of all nationalities, genders, denominations and age groups free of charge and anonymously by telephone, e-mail or chat. We are here for everyone. Our 7,500 volunteers are trained and qualified to support you at any time of the day, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
