Reach out and connect with us, our Lifeline Support Workers are here for you. Our service hours are split across our phone and chat platforms. We are available from Saturday 9:00- to Monday 23:00 continuously and Tuesday to Thursday, from 9:00 - 23:00 and on Fridays 9:00 - 02:00.
