Tugitelefon 1492

Helpline 1492 is a nationwide, 24-hour short number available for women who have experienced physical, psychological, economic and/or sexual violence. It provides support to women who: feel the need to talk about their situation and seek a way forward, for example when looking for protection from violence but not knowing where or to whom to turn; wish to explore possible options for ending an abusive relationship; are faced with decisions on how to organize their own and their children’s lives after divorce; have been subjected to rape or sexual abuse; and find themselves in other similar situations. All calls to the helpline are free of charge. Calls are not recorded.

Tugitelefon 1492 on üleriigiline 24h lühinumber füüsilist, vaimset, majanduslikku või seksuaalset vägivalda kogenud naistele, kes: tunnevad, et tahavad oma probleemist rääkida ja soovivad leida väljapääsu, näiteks otsivad kaitset vägivalla eest, kuid ei tea kuhu ja kelle poole pöörduda, tahavad analüüsida võimalikke variante oma vägivaldse lähisuhte lõpetamiseks, on valikute ees, kuidas korraldada enda ja oma laste elu pärast lahutust, on langenud vägistamise või ahistamise ohvriks jne.
