Youthworks 24-Hour Crisis Line (Bismarck-Mandan)

Youthworks 24-Hour Crisis line supports youth and those connected with youth that may be experiencing struggles such as runaway/kicked out of their home, family conflict, mental health concerns, homelessness or trauma. Youthworks staff can provide counseling, support, and connection to services, if appropriate, either at Youthworks or via community partnerships. Youth may be able to access to Youthworks Short Term Care & Assessment Centers, which provide emergency shelter for minors, as needed. Staff are able to discuss resources, connect to community providers, encourage safety planning, or engage in problem-solving. Intervention is specific to the presenting situation, and will vary between callers.
