About Access 24/7 - Adult Intake Services - Addictions & Mental Health Alberta

Access 24/7 is a single point of access to adult addiction and mental health community based programs. Access 24 / 7 provides a range of urgent and non-urgent addiction and mental health services including service navigation, screening, assessment, referral, consultation, crisis intervention, outreach and short term stabilization.

Service Providers May Include: addiction counselors, family peer support, mental health therapists, occupational therapists (OTs), pharmacists, psychiatrists, registered nurses (RNs), registered psychiatric nurses (RPNs), social workers.

Self-Referral: Individuals can call main line 24/7 for support and navigation for addiction and mental health programs across the zone and surrounding communities

  • Crisis intervention is 24/7
  • Access has a front door - where individuals can self-present from 8:00AM to 10:00PM
  • Mobile outs are an option, each are triaged and based on needs / risks / situation.
