Anderson House Crisis and Information Line

We have trained staff that offer 24/7 confidential support for those impacted by family violence. We provide support, information, or referrals. It can be anonymous if the caller chooses. We also take a number of third-party calls, for example service providers, friends, or family who know of someone experiencing abuse and would like more information on how to help them. Our crisis line is the best way to get connected to our organization. If someone is fleeing and seeking emergency shelter, screening is done via the crisis line. If a woman is seeking shelter, we must always speak with her directly.
