Blue Knot Helpline and Redress Support Service provides free and confidential trauma-informed counselling, support and information over phone and webchat. We support adults in Australia who have experienced childhood trauma in all its forms (violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation) as well as people engaging with the National Redress Scheme. We also support friends and or family members.

When you contact us you will talk with one our experienced trained counselors who have experience in supporting people with complex trauma experiences. They will listen empathically to what you have to say find out what you need, providing support to help you access it.
