About Good2Talk (Nova Scotia)

Good2Talk (Nova Scotia) is a free, confidential support service for post-secondary students in Nova Scotia. By connecting with Good2Talk, part-time, full-time and international students can receive professional counselling, volunteer crisis support and information and referrals about local mental health and well-being resources. Support is available to callers in English and French, and in 100+ languages through the use of a professionally trained interpreter.

For many, post-secondary can be an exciting and, at times, stressful or overwhelming experience. Good2Talk is available to support students through a wide range of experiences and issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, academic stress, personal or family relationships, loneliness, identity, financial concerns and more. Students can reach out by phone or text message (SMS) about anything on their mind, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
