All 4 lines offer 24/7/365 toll-free service with trained volunteers or paid responders • 1-888-353-2273 – The Interior Crisis Line Network is the local line operated by trained responders providing support, assessment, crisis de-escalation, suicide prevention, and life-saving intervention to the people in the interior Region of BC • 310-6789 – 310 Mental Health provides callers access to a BC crisis line offering emotional support, information on appropriate referral options, and a wide range of support relating to mental health concerns • 1-800-Suicide – this provincial line provides a confidential, crisis line for people who are feeling suicidal, are concerned for someone who might be suicidal, or for emotional support. Crisis line workers provide intervention through emotional support, suicide assessment and provide resources to community supports • 988 Suicide Crisis Helpline, is a national service – you can call or text from anywhere in Canada, responders are based across the country providing suicide prevention support for anyone who is experiencing thoughts or feelings associated with suicide risk through calls or texts. This line offers a three-digit number, so people can get support quickly and easily when they need it most.
