LGBT YouthLine

LGBT YouthLine is a non-judgemental, confidential, and informed peer support service for 2SLGBTQ+ and questioning youth (ages 29 and under) run by 2SLGBTQ+ youth. We serve all of Ontario. We’re here to listen to whatever you want to talk about, whether you need to unpack a stressful experience, plan a tough conversation, or simply distract yourself from things for a bit with a nice chat! We’re always happy to look for resources together and share things we know have worked for others in the community.

HelpLine volunteers can discuss mental health and chat if you are feeling distressed, but we cannot offer support to you if you are in immediate crisis, as we are not formally trained in crisis support. All our services are confidential and anonymous – we only know what you share with us. Our number will not show up on your phone bill.
