National Suicide Prevention Helpline

National Suicide Prevention Helpline provides, free and confidential support and information by phone. We help everyone in the United Kingdom who may need emotional support with suicide and anyone affected by a loss to suicide. We will listen without judgement and support you. When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you and work with you to help you through your challenges. Reaching out for support is always a strength and we will sit with you while you find your way forward, offering understanding, guidance, and hope. No matter how overwhelming things may feel, you don’t have to face them alone - we are here for you.
