NSPCC FGM Helpline provides free and confidential support over phone. We exist to help everyone in the United Kingdom who may be experiencing emotional distress related to FGM.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive child protection specialists who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity.
