We are here for adults in Manitoba, Canada who may be looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

We are available to talk with you about any kind of experience relating to mental health, from a mental health crisis through to general well-being. Our support is free. As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We are always open. You can contact us for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
