Provincial Lifewise Warm Line

Facilitated by trained staff, Peer Support is the act of supporting one another through the connection of similar experiences, with no hierarchy or power dynamics.

Available in in both French and English, the Lifewise Warmline offers support and information from trained Lifewise staff to the public 14 hours a day (10AM to 12AM), seven days a week. The numbers to call are 1-855-753-2560 for support in English, and 1-833-753-5460 in French.

They also have a dedicated warmline to support the mental health and well-being of first responders. A First Responder is any person who is the first to arrive on the scene of an incident — they are, but are not limited to: Paramedics, Firefighters, Police Officers, Emergency Search and Rescue, Military Personnel and Veterans, Corrections Personnel, Nurses, Social Workers, Frontline Service Providers, and anyone who identifies as a First Responder.
