Salal 24-Hour Crisis & Information Line provides 24/7, free and confidential support by phone and online chat. We help the LGBTQ+ community, the indigenous community, women, and youth in Canada who may be struggling or looking for support with sexual abuse, and abuse & domestic violence.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
