The Problem Gambling Helpline Provides 24/7 support to gamblers and their families. We are available to talk to you about any problems related to gambling & mental health. We can provide phone numbers to Counsellors and any additional support requested. When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
