About SurvivorsUK National Male & Non-binary Survivors Helpline

SurvivorsUK runs the National Male and Non-Binary Survivors Helpline for men, boys, and non-binary people in the UK who have experienced sexual abuse at any time in their lives. You can speak to our helpline over the phone, or message us over web chat, SMS text, WhatsApp and email on [email protected]

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained emotional support workers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges.

We are a trans-inclusive helpline here for any survivor who thinks our service is right for them. We are also here for family, friends, allies and loved ones supporting a survivor in their lives.

If you need advice, support finding help in your area, or want to talk to someone in confidence about what happened to you, we are here for you.
