Telecare Distress Line of Greater Simcoe is one of four Telecare Distress Lines in Canada. We aim to provide 24/7 support to individuals experiencing isolation, loneliness, relationship issues, grief and loss, mental health concerns, or those just in need of someone to talk to. We provide a confidential and anonymous service, and our phone operators are trained volunteers (not counselors or therapists). You don't have to be in distress to call, and if you can reach a phone you can reach a friend!
