Telephone Aid Line Kingston (TALK) is a confidential, anonymous, and non-judgmental volunteer-based support service. Our aim is to meet the needs of a diverse population by providing an empowering, empathetic, and safe environment through the provision of a listening phone service, as well as community outreach and education. We create a safe and empathetic environment on our listening line and during outreach events. Our helpline supports peoples of all ages across the KFL&A community.
