They’re not an abstinence-only charity and will work with the individual whatever their goals are. They can also offer harm reduction information to anyone who needs it.

For anyone who wants to find a drug and alcohol service close to them, the webchat team can direct them - whether that’s to a WithYou service or another drug and alcohol service that’s close by.

The service is open 9am - 9pm Monday to Friday, and 10am - 4pm Saturday to Sunday.
