The 116 National Child Helpline Tanzania is dedicated to providing 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone and online chat. We exist to help youth, children, parents & care givers in Tanzania who may require support with Child abuse & domestic violence, bullying, parenting, sexual abuse, Online child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, Gender Based Violence, Child Nutrition, Sexual Reproductive Health and Just any support needed for child and youth wellbeing.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
