Self-harm Network Scotland offers a live chat service for those experiencing self-harm. Our live chat is available between 6pm - 10pm every day via our online portal. Our portal also provides information, resources, and tools to help those experiencing self-harm, professionals, parents, family, or friends of someone who self-harms.

We will be there to support anyone aged 12+ in Scotland who needs support with their self-harm.
