Vozes Amigas de Esperança offers free, compassionate and confidential support over phone and online chat. We are here to help everyone in Portugal who may be looking for support with anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress, suicide.

We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you are contemplating suicide or wanting to kill yourself, we will listen without judgment and support you.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity.
