Wairarapa Rape and Sexual Abuse Helpline offers 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support over phone. We support everyone in Wellington, New Zealand who may be experiencing emotional distress related to sexual abuse, trauma & PTSD.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained staff or volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We are a 24/7 service, however we do not have a call centre so may not be able to answer your call intimidate. We will aim to return your call in a timely matter if requested in the voice mail.
