Lone Parent Helpline offers free, compassionate and confidential support over a range of digital platforms, including phone, email and online chat. We support all single parent families in Scotland who may want information, advice and support about any aspect of single parenting.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained advisors who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. Our advisors are trained to listen, give advice and assist you to access support; helping you to understand your situation, your choices and help you to make informed decisions. Where possible, we will assist you to take the next steps by providing you with accurate and up to date information.
