We want every child experiencing difficulties to have access to psychological support. Since 2008, we have been running 116 111 – the helpline for children and youth, available 24/7, where children can call about any problem. The helpline provides anonymous and confidential support – via phone, an online form, and chat – offering immediate psychological assistance on any topic. A team of around 60 counsellors listens, helps find solutions, and intervenes in cases where a child's health or life is at risk.
