Edinburgh Crisis Centre Helpline

The Edinburgh Crisis Centre is open 24/7 every day of the year, we provide support to Edinburgh residents aged 16yrs and over who are experiencing a mental health crisis or going through a period of distress. We are a self-referral service and people can make contact with through the freephone telephone helpline or support email. From there further support options can be discussed which may include a virtual or face to face appointment and an extended period at the centre to work with our team to safe or crisis plan.
