This helpline is an initiative of Lambda Warszawa Association. It provides free and anonymous psychological support and psychoeducation from Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 21:00 for LGBTQ+ community members, their families, friends, partners and others. The main topics the helpline supports are gender identity, sexual identity, discrimination, coming out, mental health. There is also a possibility to contact counselors via email.
