About LGBT National Coming Out Support Hotline

LGBT National Coming Out Support Hotline provides free and confidential support and information by phone and online chat. We are here for adults and LGBTQ+ individuals in the United States who may require support with topics such as abuse and domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, depression, eating and body image issues, family, gender and sexual identity, loneliness, relationships, school and work, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, suicidal thoughts, supporting others, and trauma or PTSD. We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you're contemplating suicide or you're worried about warning signs in someone else, please reach out to us for help. When you contact us, you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive peers or volunteers who are experienced in helping people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to support you through your challenges. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs.
