Open Arms - Veterans & Families Counselling

Open Arms – Veterans & Families Counselling (Open Arms) provides free, confidential mental health, counselling, and wellbeing support services for current and former ADF members and their families.

We provide treatment and support for clients presenting with depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, and family and personal issues. We do this through one-on-one counselling, couples counselling, family therapy, care coordination, peer support, digital health initiatives and group programs provided across Australia.
