Oranga Tamariki (Ministry for Children) Helpline offers 24/7, free and confidential support over phone. We exist to help everyone, adults, youth, parents in New Zealand who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, family issues, relationships, sexual abuse.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counselors who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone may call and get support.
