Voz de Apoio

Voz de Apoio provides free and confidential support and information by phone. We are here to help everyone in Portugal who may need emotional support with any topic. We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you. When you contact us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity.

A Voz de Apoio oferece suporte e informação gratuita e confidencial por telefone. Estamos aqui para ajudar todos em Portugal que necessitem de apoio emocional sobre qualquer assunto. Estamos empenhados na prevenção do suicídio, por isso, se está a ter pensamentos suicidas ou a pensar em matar-se, estamos aqui para o ouvir e apoiar. Ao contactar-nos, falará com um dos nossos voluntários simpáticos e prestáveis, que o ouvirá com empatia e compreensão e trabalhará em conjunto consigo para encontrar um caminho significativo a seguir. Têm experiência em saber como ajudar pessoas que enfrentam desafios como os que está a enfrentar. Qualquer pessoa pode ligar e receber suporte gratuito. Existimos para ajudar todos, independentemente da idade, género, crenças ou etnia.
