13YARN is a national crisis support line for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It offers a culturally safe and confidential space to yarn with trained First Nations Crisis Supporters who understand the challenges our communities face. Available 24/7, 13YARN supports mob experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed, or needing someone to talk to. The service specializes in culturally responsive mental health support, suicide prevention, and connection to further help if needed.
